Before and After School Care is offered on a monthly contract basis. Families may choose which days of the week they would like to enroll in care. In cases of limited capacity, full-week schedule requests will receive priority. Initial registration and future changes can be made by logging into the Family Portal and filling out the web form by the 14th of the month prior to care. Families will receive confirmation via email of all registration additions/changes.
Before Care 7:45-8:45 a.m. – $11/day
After Care 3:45-5:30 p.m. – $18.50/day
Both Before & After Care – $26/day (must be enrolled for both on the same day of the week)
Drop-in Rate for Before Care* – $13/day
Drop-in Rate for After Care* – $20/day
Drop-in arrangements will be based on availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@ohmcs.org.

New Before and After School Care registration and billing process for the 20024/25 school year:
Registration for Before and After School Care for the month of September is due on August 14th. Invoices for September care will be sent to families on August 15th and due on September 1st before participating in Before and After School Care for the month.
Billing for all subsequent months will be invoiced on the 15th of each month and due the 1st of the next month, prior to participating in Before and After School Care.
Refunds will not be issued for days when care is not utilized. There will be no charge for days when school is not in session.
Changes in your contract can be made in FACTs by updating the “Before and After Care” web form. The form is accessible at any time, but requests must be received by the 14th of the month to impact the upcoming month’s contract. Requests received after the 14th will not take effect until the following month. Example: A request received on September 15th will take effect November 1st.

Drop In Care and Late Pickups
Drop-in care is available on occasion by request and will be billed at the drop in rate of $13 for morning care and $24 for afternoon care. Please email info@ohmcs.org to request drop-in care at least 24 hours in advance.
All students who have not been picked up by 4:00 pm will participate in After School Care. Families will be billed at the drop-in care rate, regardless of pickup time. A one-time courtesy refund for late pickups will be issued upon request.
