The Board of Directors and Staff are excited to welcome OHMCS’s new Executive Director, Jennifer Siebenaler, who will be joining the team February 10th, 2025.
About Jennifer Siebenaler:
Jennifer Siebenaler is an authentic servant leader who develops relationships, empowers others, and works as a change agent to break down barriers and build bridges to ensure everyone can realize their full value and potential. It takes committed and collaborative teams to make that possible, and she appreciates serving on those teams, including school and district administrative and leadership teams, district curriculum committees, and various state and national education organizations.
Jennifer has over two decades of educational leadership experience, including as an adjunct professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she taught graduate classes for teachers and administrators. Jennifer began her school administration work as an elementary summer intervention program administrator and a middle school dean of student support. She has been a coach for two schools’ internal Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and is a key member of the MTSS and Cultural Awareness teams. She uses student-centered and culturally responsive coaching to help build schools’ PBIS frameworks. She has witnessed how challenging a group of educators to be critically curious about other perspectives can ignite new and innovative ways to teach, reach, and support EACH and EVERY learner.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with minors in Early Childhood and Spanish, from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. She received her Master of Arts in Education Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She also completed a K-12 Gifted and Talented Instruction certificate at Saint Mary’s University. In 2024, Jennifer earned her Ed.S. degree in Education Leadership and Administration from Concordia University – Saint Paul and obtained her Minnesota K-12 Principal License. She will finish her work for her Minnesota K-12 Superintendent License in January 2025. She looks forward to collaborating and growing with a school and/or district community as one of their building principals or superintendents.
