All levels, K-8, will require a lottery procedure to determine enrollment offers and wait list positions for the 2022-23 school year. The lottery procedure will take place on Tuesday, February 8th.
During any school year’s open enrollment period, each of the grades, Kindergarten – 8th Grade, is subject to the lottery process. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of openings at any particular grade, the lottery process will be required. It is possible that no grade levels will require a lottery, resulting in all applicants being offered admission to the Oak Hill Montessori Community School. It is also possible that every level would require a lottery process depending on the number of applications submitted.
If necessary, all families with applications requiring a lottery will be notified by February 4th, 2022 and the date of the lottery drawing itself, if needed for any level(s), will be Tuesday, February 8th.
Students names will be chosen one at a time up to the maximum number of openings for any given grade. The students who are not chosen for admission through the lottery process will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names are drawn. All families going through the lottery process will be notified of results accordingly.
